Return Policy

Merchant Buyers:

All Products are guaranteed NOT to be DOA . We DO NOT give refunds on opened software. All software sold is never opened and is licensed by OEM. Please be sure to identity where the product came from by reading our whats green page. Read more

Plethora Computers accepts the following Payment Methods:

  • Google Checkout

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within West Virgina  will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition unless the item was DOA (Dead on arrival). Refunds may take up to 15 days depending on Paypal payments and transfers. RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer’s warranty ONLY.

Non-DOA's Fee

A  restocking fee and shipping will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. If you received the wrong item no fees apply

Order Changes

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Plethora Computers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.Plethora Computers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card/Paypal has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Plethora Computer shall immediately issue a credit to your Paypal/Payment account in the amount of the charge.

Charge-backs

In an account a charge back is issued with your credit card company we strongly suggest you call us first before issuing a charge-back. We value customer service and will work with you to solve the issue at hand. In an event a charge-back is issued we will ask you to send back the merchandise at your expense (we do not pay for returns if a charge-back is filled)
